概要
学修到達目標 | Research, academic reading, vocabulary, audience-centered presentation, discussion, debate, and essay writing skills will be enhanced through this seminar. Cultural similarities and differences will be discussed and debated in a lively and humorous atmosphere. 米国のキャンパスライフはどのようなものでしょうか?調査、発表、ディベート(討議)を通して、両国の文化や社会の違いを検討します。 |

授業形態及び 授業方法 |
Information will be gathered from research, mini-lectures, readings, etc. and discussed in small and large groups. Participants will give presentations, partake in debates, and write research reports. Topics on this syllabus are subject to change according to participant interest. |
履修条件 | This course will be conducted mainly in English. It is recommended for intermediate and advanced English proficiency students who are interested in researching topics in order to bring information to the table for presentation, discussion, and debate. This course will be limited to 30 participants. Sense of humor is a plus, but not required. |
