概要
学修到達目標 | Students will learn how to: (a) listen to blended sounds, sentence stress, weak vowels in speech. (b) confirm questions, paraphrase, repeat key information. (c) describe past work, location, and future plans in business and life. (d) express reasoning about causes of outcomes. (e) describe processes of acquiring skills and doing activities. (f) describe accomplishment, setting, fashion, refreshment, and conversation. 本授業科目はDP1・2・6及びCP1・2・6に該当しています。 |

授業形態及び 授業方法 |
This course is conducted in English. この授業は全て英語で実施する。 This is a face-to-face class. 対面授業。 Practice, discussions, and presentations will be done in-class (face-to-face) in pairs, small groups, and whole-class settings. The drawing required for the quizzes and the writing for the reports will be submitted individually in Canvas (online). |
履修条件 | 1. English Communication IIは社会コミュニケーションサブメジャーコースの指定設置科目で、このサブメジャーを取る学生はEnglish Communication Iと共に履修しなければならない。 2. 教職免許を取る学生はEnglish Communication Iと共に履修しなければならない。 3. その他の学生は、English Communication IとEnglish Communication IIの両方をI・IIの順で履修することが望ましい。前期のみまたは後期のみ履修することは可能ですが、特にEnglish Communication IIのみ履修する場合、担当教員と相談して下さい。 |

11 quizzes of 100 points each = 40% final grade 3 reports of 100 points each = 30% final grade 3 presentations of 100 points each = 30% final grade Quizzes, reports, and presentations will be graded according to a rubric.
