授業形態及び 授業方法 |
This course is a satellite course. We will use a Moodle LMS and Zoom. There will be small-group discussions, video and interactive presentations, and individual work focussing on the student's own research. Participants will engage in the use of model papers, data-driven learning and peer review. This will help them to improve their understanding of the writing process and their own papers. |
準備学習(予習・ 復習等)の内容・ 受講のための 予備知識 |
This course uses a conversational approach to improve speaking fluency, and it uses a process approach to writing. 学生への メッセージ |
Writing is a process. Presenting requires practice. The more you do these (of any kind in any language), the better you will become. The syllabus contents may be adjusted to suit the proficiency levels and needs of the students in the course and the campus at which the course is being taken. |
